Deanne Wilson, a native Southern Californian, isn’t afraid to climb mountains—literally or figuratively. As Director of Operations, she brings a business degree in marketing, certifications in project management, and a career spanning the automotive, cycling, entertainment, emergency services and financial industries. She’s known for tackling projects with precision, creativity, and just the right dash of humor to keep the journey fun.
Her resume is impressive, but her life experiences are downright fearless: completing the Catalina Marathon, summiting Mt Whitney, bungee jumping in Queenstown, New Zealand, skydiving over Lake Elizabeth, CA, ziplining in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico & Whistler, BC, Canada, and even sliding from the 70th to the 69th floor on the outside of the US Bank Tower in downtown Los Angeles via a plexiglass box. The twist? She’s deathly afraid of heights—proving she’s a master at moving past fear to reach new heights.
A lifelong cyclist, Deanne has competed in track, cyclocross, road, triathlon, time trials, criteriums, BMX, mountain biking and managed her own women’s cycling club. She also spent four years as a USA Level 2 cycling coach. She’s ridden in countless single-day and multi-day charity events through some of the most breathtaking locations. When she’s not on two wheels, you’ll find her in the kitchen whipping up something delicious, hiking, paddling, playing pickleball, snapping photos, traveling the world or tending to her vegetable garden.
Deanne loves to learn and is always learning something new. She’s passionate about volunteering, paying it forward, animals, and traveling anywhere that offers new adventures, amazing humans, sights, sounds and flavors. If she had three wishes, one would be to sing like a diva—until then, she’s happy to keep hitting high notes in both life and work, preferable with a great meal and a good laugh along the way.
